Commitment

JGAMail aims to provide an email service usable by people with disabilities and targets WCAG 2.2 Level AA for the public site and core webmail functions.

Implemented features

• Keyboard-operable navigation, compose, reading and account controls.
• Visible focus indicators, skip links, semantic headings, labels and live error/status messages.
• High-contrast white-and-black interface, scalable text and reduced-motion support.
• No status conveyed by color alone and mobile touch targets designed for practical use.
• Screen-reader-friendly folders, forms, tables and dialogs.

Testing and limitations

Accessibility requires ongoing automated and manual testing with keyboard, screen readers, zoom, reflow and mobile devices. Third-party content inside messages may not be accessible and is controlled by the sender.
