What to report
Report spam, phishing, malware, impersonation, harassment, threats, account compromise, accessibility barriers, security vulnerabilities, copyright issues or child-safety concerns. Include the JGAMail address, message ID, date/time and a factual description where available.
Emergency notice
For immediate danger, contact emergency services. Do not use this form as a substitute for 911 or another local emergency number.
Processing
Reports are prioritized by category and risk. JGAMail may preserve relevant records, restrict accounts, contact affected users, refer matters to service providers or authorities, and retain the report as described in the Retention Policy.
