Billing, Refund and Cancellation Policy

Current status: The supplied build does not activate paid plans. Do not collect payment until pricing, merchant, tax, renewal, cancellation and refund terms are configured and reviewed.
Before paid launch
- Clearly disclose price, billing interval, taxes, storage/features and any trial.
- Obtain express agreement to recurring charges and provide a receipt.
- Offer cancellation through the same practical channel used to subscribe.
- Disclose when cancellation takes effect, data/export timing and refund rules.
- Send legally required renewal or price-change notices.
- Maintain records of consent, charges, refunds and cancellations.
Default cancellation principle
Until formal paid terms are configured, JGAMail should not charge users. If paid plans are later enabled, cancellation must stop future renewals and must not make account/data export unreasonably difficult.
