Acceptable Use Policy

Purpose
This Policy protects users, recipients, networks and JGAMail. It applies to every account, message, attachment, automation and integration.
Prohibited conduct
- Unsolicited bulk email, deceptive commercial messages, list bombing or evasion of unsubscribe requests.
- Phishing, credential theft, false login pages, impersonation, social engineering or collection of passwords, one-time codes, recovery tokens, security answers, browser cookies or backup codes.
- Malware, ransomware, malicious attachments, exploit delivery, command-and-control activity or attempts to bypass security scanning.
- Unauthorized access, credential stuffing, account takeover, scraping, vulnerability exploitation or interference with service availability.
- Threats, harassment, stalking, doxxing, exploitation, trafficking, child sexual abuse material or other unlawful content.
- Copyright/trademark infringement, counterfeit activity, fraud or violation of another party’s rights.
- Automated account creation, address harvesting, sending-limit evasion or use of disposable accounts to conceal abuse.
Enforcement
JGAMail may rate-limit, reject, quarantine, preserve, investigate, suspend, archive or delete content/accounts and may report apparent criminal or child-safety activity as required. Enforcement considers severity, recurrence, user safety, legal obligations and available evidence.
Appeals
A user may appeal a non-emergency enforcement decision through [email protected]. An appeal does not require restoration while a material risk remains.
