Protection and reporting
Child Safety Policy
Effective and last updated: August 5, 2026
Age and service design
JGAMail currently requires users to attest that they are at least 18. The service is not directed to children under 13 and should not knowingly create an account for a child under 13 without a separately designed, legally reviewed parental-consent program.
Zero tolerance
Child sexual abuse material, grooming, trafficking, sextortion, exploitation and attempts to obtain or distribute such material are prohibited. Accounts and content may be preserved, restricted and reported as required.
Reporting workflow
Reports categorized as Child Safety receive emergency priority. Trained personnel should preserve evidence, limit exposure, avoid unnecessary copying, apply access controls, document decisions and make required reports to the appropriate clearinghouse or authorities.
Immediate danger
For immediate danger, contact local emergency services. Do not forward suspected illegal images by ordinary email. Submit identifying information and message/account references through the secure report form.
