Infringement notice
A notice should identify the copyrighted work, identify and locate the allegedly infringing material, provide contact information, state a good-faith belief that use is unauthorized, state under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate and the sender is authorized, and include a physical or electronic signature.
Counter-notice
A counter-notice should identify removed material and its former location, include the required good-faith statement under penalty of perjury, provide name/address/phone, consent to the appropriate federal-court jurisdiction and accept service from the complainant, and include a signature.
Repeat infringement
JGAMail may terminate repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances and will maintain records of notices, counter-notices and decisions. Misrepresentations may create liability.
