Available rights vary by residence and applicable law. JGAMail voluntarily provides a common request process nationwide and may request proportionate identity verification.

- Access or obtain a copy of personal information.
- Correct inaccurate profile information.
- Delete personal information, subject to legal exceptions.
- Obtain portable mailbox/profile data.
- Opt out of sale/sharing or targeted advertising.
- Limit certain sensitive-data uses.
- Use an authorized agent.
- Appeal a denied request.
Verification and timing
Account holders should use the authenticated Privacy Center. Public requests may require verification through the account or recovery email. JGAMail targets an initial response within 30 days and will provide legally required notices if more time is permitted and necessary. Requests may be denied where identity cannot be verified or an exception applies; an appeal path will be provided where required.
