Contract terms
Terms of Service
Effective and last updated: August 5, 2026
1. Agreement and eligibility
By creating or using an account, the user agrees to these Terms, the Privacy Policy and Acceptable Use Policy. The user must meet the configured minimum age, have legal capacity to agree, provide accurate information and control the alternate verification email.
2. Account responsibility
The user is responsible for safeguarding credentials, using MFA where available, maintaining a current recovery address, reviewing security notices and promptly reporting unauthorized access. Accounts and addresses may not be sold, transferred or used to impersonate another person.
3. Service and limits
JGAMail provides webmail subject to storage, message-size, attachment, sending, rate and anti-abuse limits. The default mailbox quota is 500 MB. Limits may change for safety, capacity, legal or operational reasons. Service availability and uninterrupted delivery are not guaranteed.
4. Prohibited use
Users may not use JGAMail for spam, phishing, malware, credential collection, unauthorized account access, exploitation, threats, illegal content, infringement, evasion of provider controls, scraping, bulk automated registration or conduct prohibited by the Acceptable Use Policy.
5. Content
Users retain rights in their lawful content and grant JGAMail the limited rights necessary to host, route, scan for security, back up, display to authorized users and otherwise operate the service. JGAMail does not claim ownership of mailbox content.
6. Suspension and termination
JGAMail may restrict, quarantine, suspend, archive or terminate accounts to protect users, comply with law, address nonpayment, enforce policies, mitigate abuse or preserve system integrity. Where appropriate, JGAMail may provide notice and an appeal. Immediate action may occur for emergencies or severe abuse.
7. Account deletion
Users may schedule deletion through the Privacy Center. A grace period may allow cancellation. Certain records may be retained for legal, security, fraud, abuse, backup or dispute purposes as described in the Retention Policy.
8. Third-party services
Email necessarily interacts with external networks, recipients and providers. JGAMail is not responsible for third-party services, their availability, delivery choices, content or privacy practices.
9. Disclaimers and liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available.” JGAMail disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages. Nothing excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.
10. Disputes, law and changes
These Terms are governed by the law identified in the site settings: NOT CONFIGURED, without limiting mandatory consumer rights. Any arbitration, class-waiver or forum provision must be separately reviewed and configured by counsel before use. Material changes will be announced as required.
